RESULTS OF THE XX INTERNATIONAL PIR EXPO EXHIBITION

On 9 - 12 October 2017 Turov Dairy Complex presented its exposition within the XX international exhibition for the professionals of restaurant and hotel business PIR Expo-2017 held in Crocus Expo fairgrounds, Moscow.

At the stand of OJSC Turov Dairy Complex all visitors had an opportunity to explore all range of the cheeses produced under the CooKing brand and focused on requirements of HoReCa and Industrial segments. There were continuous master classes where chefs of different specializations showed the process of cooking using CooKing cheeses.

Experts of restaurant business could get acquainted with the range of the CooKing brand, to estimate the quality of products and also to ask all interesting questions to leading experts of the complex. Partners had an opportunity of negotiations with representatives of the company and managers of distribution companies concerning cooperation enhance.

PIR Expo traditionally brings together professionals of restaurant business for exchanging their experience, searching for partners and suppliers and studying of current tendencies and trends of the market development.

This year the event has united: more than 45 000 visitors; 625 suppliers of the equipment, beverages and food; 250 novelties and achievements in restaurant branch; 420 speakers; 400 master classes, seminars, practical works and business events.
